Symbotic is currently seeking a talented Automation System Operator who would be responsible for monitoring the operation of our automated material handling system, while coordinating on-site troubleshooting efforts and escalating complex issues to internal subject matter experts. The system operator is part of the site operations team, which is part of the Customer Operations organization. The Customer Operations organization is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of Symbotic’s robotic material handling system. The Customer Operations organization drives operational excellence by engaging and partnering with our onsite customers to drive best-in-class quality, safety and system performance.
