We are seeking a self-driven, goal-oriented individual to serve as the Sound System Medical Director (SMD) for our Cleveland Clinic Hospitalist programs and Medical Director at Cleveland Clinic Akron General. People First in Akron Local Team Collaboration: Join our close-knit team of 29 physicians and 4 APPs with the support of a program manager and clinical performance nurse at the Cleveland Clinic Akron General. Our group participates in several hospitalist committees and QI projects. Cleveland Clinic Akron General is a 532-bed regional medical center. The hospital has the prestigious "Magnet" status. Cleveland Clinic Akron General is recognized regionally and within Ohio for its expertise and care. Requirements

• Board-certified or eligible internal medicine-trained physicians.
• Hospitalist Medical Director Leadership experience
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (Sound offers visa sponsorship for qualified candidates).

Responsibilities

• Hospitalist Medical Director at Cleveland Clinic Akron General Hospital.
• Hospitalist System Medical Director for Cleveland Clinic Akron General, Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital, and Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital.
• Three clinical shifts per month, including rounding, admissions, and discharges to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Provide clinical oversight and foster a family-like environment within a blended, collaborative team.
