As a Systems Integration & Test Engineer, you will plan and execute testing for complex systems and subsystems. You’ll turn technical requirements into practical test approaches, work hands-on with hardware, and help ensure systems perform as expected—from early integration through final validation. Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field such as Electrical and Computer Engineering
Hands-on experience with system or subsystem testing
Experience using radio frequency (RF) test equipment and hardware
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
Willingness to support testing needs that may include extended hours or alternate shifts

Nice To Haves

1–2+ years of related professional experience
Certified Test Conductor (CTC) or similar certification
Experience with test automation or integration of lab, ground, or flight hardware
Knowledge of RF components (e.g., antennas, receivers, amplifiers)
Experience integrating or troubleshooting commercial or government off-the-shelf components (COTS/GOTS)
Familiarity with test instrumentation, data collection, and control systems
Background in aerospace, defense, or similar system-level testing environments
Comfortable working in collaborative teams and adapting to changing priorities
Ability to travel occasionally, if needed

Responsibilities

Create and maintain test plans, procedures, and documentation
Translate requirements into clear, executable test strategies
Support system integration by defining specifications and resolving interface issues
Lead and support test execution, including setup, scheduling, and reporting
Analyze results and document system performance
Identify issues, write discrepancy reports, and support resolution
Perform regression testing to confirm fixes
Coordinate testing activities across teams and programs
Work directly with hardware in lab and integration environments
