About The Position

As a System Integration and Test Engineer, you'll play a key role in developing and validating advanced semiconductor equipment. You'll work alongside a team of engineers and scientists to solve complex technical challenges and ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. Your work directly supports ASML's mission to push the boundaries of technology and enable the production of ever-smaller, faster, and more powerful microchips.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, physics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years (with bachelor's) or 3 years (with master's) of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, optical, and control systems.
  • Familiarity with system integration practices and performance validation.

Responsibilities

  • Integrating system modules and components into EUV platforms and supporting global deployments.
  • Troubleshooting complex, multidisciplinary issues across mechanical, electrical, and optical domains.
  • Supporting cross-functional teams to ensure modules meet performance, serviceability, and cost targets.
  • Developing and executing test plans to validate system performance and reliability.
  • Participating in design reviews and providing feedback on safety, quality, and process controls.
  • Leading issue resolution efforts for factory and field escalations.
  • Collaborating with global teams to coordinate integration activities and share technical insights.
  • Translating field data into design improvements and supporting continuous product enhancement.
