HPC-Industrial, Powered by Clean Harbors is looking for a System Implementation Manager to join their safety conscious team! The System Implementation Manager is responsible for the implementation and training of interdepartmental staff, new hires and the Maintenance organization. Responsibilities include acquisition support, application support, maintaining and sustaining the Asset management systems. Identify potential improvement opportunities with Asset Management Systems and develop, implement and improve the process for long term maintenance planning and scheduling within company locations.

  • Implement and train interdepartmental staff and new hires on Asset Management Systems.
  • Provide acquisition and application support for Asset Management Systems.
  • Maintain and sustain Asset Management Systems.
  • Identify improvement opportunities with Asset Management Systems.
  • Develop, implement, and improve processes for long-term maintenance planning and scheduling.
  • Manage maintenance data collection and information gathering.
  • Supervise business user testing scenarios for applications.
  • Launch system enhancements and support tech support issues.
  • Supervise the integration of new applications, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide training and create training documents for Asset Management.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions.
  • Develop and implement KPI reports to optimize Asset Management processes.
  • Monitor compliance with policies and procedures related to regulatory inspections and PM tracking.
  • Make suggestions to executive staff on cost reduction related to procedures and processes.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience; alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate and influence all levels of management.
  • High level of interpersonal skills and integrity.

  • Ability to apply standards and processes for regulatory compliance.
