About The Position
The System Executive Director, Strategic Planning - UNC Physicians, Value-Based Care, SOM is a leadership role responsible for developing and managing effective strategies across the UNC Physicians enterprise, UNC Health Alliance, and UNC School of Medicine. This position collaborates with senior leadership to establish strategic direction, manage initiatives, and ensure alignment with organizational goals, particularly focusing on value-based care objectives.
