As the Systems Engineer (SE) you will provide technical support to customers on a recurring or non-recurring basis and will be an escalation point for technical issues. This is a Remote position that may require minimal traveling to different client sites within the Valparaiso area (75% Remote/25% On-Site). Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm Central Time, afterhours work required as needed, some on-call work may be necessary.
