The position is responsible for providing support for business systems and applications. Perform administration functions, modification and maintenance and enhancement on existing systems; assist in designing and developing new web and client based applications. Perform application upgrades, installation, configuration, custom development and package integration and troubleshooting technical issues, and maintain application SLA(service Level Agreement) uptime. Identify business problems and propose solutions. Provide required support documentation such as software/application inventory list, vendor contact information, application version and tracking list, and operational manuals and other application related documents. Develop and analysis reports based on business requirement
