ManTech seeks an experienced and passionate, career and customer-oriented System Engineer to join our team located in the San Antonio, TX area.

Requirements

• 10 years of systems engineering experience
• Experience with Linux

Nice To Haves

• Experience with DevOps tools such as nxLog, Graphana, Docker, Kubernetes, GIT, SaltStack (SALT)
• Use SALT to deploy config files to end nodes and do various interrogations (Ping, DNS)
• Experience with installing PKI certs
• Experience with NiFi to forward collected log events to repository for analysis
• Ability to launch and configure VMWare instances
• Create/Maintain bash scripts to dump and load databases

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience creating and managing virtual environments
• Systems administration of hardware and software in support of maintenance, developing and testing of information technology systems
• Leverage IT automation to perform daily tasks associated with data repositories on air-gapped networks
• Experience configuring and maintaining storage and file systems
• Experience in developing and delivering briefings, technical presentations, and program documentation to senior program management
