About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating lex systems, ensuring they meet the required specifications and performance standards. Individual will work with ADDER Chief Engineer and Chief Architect to develop end-to-end use cases to demonstrate Key ADDER stakeholder commitments/capabilities. Decompose high level requirements to executable test plans and work with delivery team leads on planning implementation and testing. Provide status updates and identify any risks and work with Value Stream Team on developing mitigation plans.

Requirements

• System engineering experience.
• Exposure to DOD operations/mission capabilities.
• Familiarity with DoD Domain functions/systems, tactical message standards.
• Ability to communicate/work with a remote team.
• Project management skills.
• Development of use cases/test plans/metrics.
• Must have current DOD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to provide solutions to problems of moderate scope and complexity.
• Current DOD Clearance.
