Requirements

• ABET accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering plus 7 years relevant experience, OR Master’s Degree plus 5 years relevant experience, OR Doctoral Degree plus 3 years relevant experience
• Degree must be in Engineering or a relevant technical field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, physics).
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is Full Scope Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and maintain Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) , operational requirements, system requirements, and use cases to support system development
• Perform high-level system design , including specification of system and component performance requirements and interface definitions
• Develop and support installation, integration, and acceptance test plans
• Continuously assess existing organizational processes and engineering work products to ensure alignment with strategic and tactical objectives
• Coordinate with customers, project teams, and related organizations to ensure delivered solutions satisfy mission and technical requirements
• Define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision for solutions developed by product and engineering teams
• Support systems engineering activities across the full system lifecycle , including design, development, testing, deployment, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning
• Provide technical input to planning, risk management, and engineering decision-making activities
• Prepare and support technical documentation, reviews, and briefings for stakeholders
