About The Position

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer I to join our team! The Systems Engineer will support Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) system. The position will lead a small team of developers to maintain and enhance a Data Dictionary utility and repository. Responsibilities will include collaboration with internal and external customers to identify and document new requirements; facilitate, decompose, and allocate software tasking; and coordinate with software development and test teams to ensure proper implementation. The successful candidate will leverage expertise in requirements analysis, system architecture, design, development oversight, process improvement, and testing. Tasking will also include development, review, and enhancement of customer-facing and internal technical documentation.

Requirements

• Seven (7) years of experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree for a total of 12 years of experience
• Experience with and/or understanding of: Requirements analysis, decomposition, and tracking
• Roadmap and Sprint planning
• User Interface design and testing
• Databases/SQL
• REST Services
• Ticketing systems (JIRA, Redmine, or similar)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills – able to clearly communicate and review architecture and design concepts
