Our Electrical Products business unit has specialized Configure, Price and Quote (CPQ) platforms as a go-to market strategy. The product selector is a rules-based configuration tool with an intuitive user-interface built over SAP Variant Configuration. Our CPQ platforms enable sales and channel team to quickly generate accurate quotes and price for simple and complex power distribution products, thereby enhancing operational efficiencies by eliminating quote and order errors. We are seeking a Knowledge-based System Engineer in Hingham MA. The candidate will serve as a Knowledge Base (KB) Lead for Paralleling Switchgear/ Switchboard and ATS. This candidate will work closely with Product Management, PMO, and Operations on the product configurator, BIM model, pricing, and manufacturing/purchasing aspects of the product. They will also maintain strong relationships with the business development and sales teams, provide technical support to customers and sales engineers, work independently, proactively gather feedback, and lead the implementation of product enhancement in the configurator.
