Responsible for implementing, supporting, maintaining, and managing IT services, including networking, IT security, email, and disaster recovery.
Update, install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot multi-site Linux/UNIX and Windows based Netsmart application environments for both turn-key and cloud clients.
Work with clients to resolve issues, schedule updates, and provide guidance on system level best practices.
Support enterprise database systems such as MS-SQL, Intersystems Caché, and Oracle.
Work within HIPAA and ISO 27000 series security and privacy governance models in implementing and securing client environments.
Support network and storage environments including SAN, clustering, load balancing, multi-site VPNs, network IDS, firewalls, and application delivery/virtualization products such as Citrix.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
At least 1 year system administration work experience including working with SQL Server enterprise database systems, performing installation setup, basic configuration and troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of IT standards, concepts, best practices, and procedures.
Ability to prioritize attention and workload to focus on client priorities within a time sensitive environment.
Strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience implementing and troubleshooting server systems in WAN/LAN environments.
Enterprise virtualization technologies in a live, production environment work experience.
Windows Server Platform enterprise management work experience.
