We are seeking a Systems Engineer with expertise in Linux/Windows environments, FORNSAT systems, and system requirements development. Supports design, integration, documentation, and stakeholder coordination to deliver technically sound, mission‑aligned solutions. Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).

Requirements

  • TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly
  • Minimum of 7 years of Systems Engineering experience in comparable roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline.
  • 5 additional years of Systems Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree

Responsibilities

  • Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows systems, including software installation and FORNSAT system network/software configuration.
  • Support, maintain, and monitor FORNSAT and collection systems to ensure reliable and accurate data flow.
  • Evaluate user needs and system architectures to define, develop, and manage system requirements.
  • Lead system design, development, integration, and implementation efforts; advise users on requirements and potential solution paths.
  • Produce technical documentation, engineering plans, and related system artifacts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve cross‑discipline issues and maintain the technical integrity of all deliverables.
  • Participate in design reviews, program reviews, and integrated product team activities.
  • Develop, refine, and allocate system requirements, including those related to information assurance and security.
