Weeghman & Briggs is seeking System Engineer 1. Join our growing team and support an important mission within the Federal Government. Location: Annapolis Junction Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph Overview Analyzes user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. Leads design and development activities, providing guidance to users in formulating requirements and advising on alternative approaches. Conducts feasibility studies and provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. Incorporates new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations, and develops technical documentation, including system architecture and design materials. Guides system development and implementation planning through the preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans. Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations, resolving related issues or conflicts. Holds ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility. Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
