About The Position

Requirements

• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 1+ years of experience in designing or architecting systems for reliability and scaling.
• 7+ years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems, and hands-on systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals including networking, storage, and operating systems.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree or CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional).
• Experience with PowerShell, Python, Ruby, or Java.
• Experience working in an Agile environment using the Scrum methodology.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to address specific needs across AWS database services.
• Conduct deep-dive troubleshooting and technical post-mortem discussions to identify root causes of complex issues.
• Build and deploy solutions across thousands of devices to improve and streamline processes.
• Develop tools and solve complex system problems using programming languages such as Java and Python.
