About The Position

The F35 System Design team is looking for a System Design Operations Lead. This role will support the leadership and technical leadership in multiple execution initiatives. They will work in early design to finalize customer requirements and along the System Engineering Vee to ensure customer alignment. The F35 System Design team is responsible for managing systems requirements to derive a systems design and allocate functional, performance, and interface requirements to the components of that design.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in an engineering, STEM related discipline or equivalent experience
• Requirements Management Experience
• Experience maturing Customer Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Model Based Systems Engineering(MBSE) experience
• Weapons or Avionics or Comms experience
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills and strong Interpersonal Skills
• Strong / Demonstrated Systems Engineering skills
• Familiarity with the system engineering best practices
• Experience working on Agile teams and/or projects
