Position Overview: This position will assist in the design, documentation, creation, maintenance, updating, and support of SECU's Teller and Platform System. The position works with IT resources to help configure and make enhancements to the systems as requested and needed by various SECU business lines. Candidates for the position should be observant, inquisitive, and creative, possess strong analytical, organization, and oral and written communication skills, and work collaboratively with others and team members.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• 2 years Relevant Experience
• Must possess a foundational and business understanding of the Teller and Platform systems
• Must demonstrate skills in the areas of: critical thinking, analytical thinking and problem solving, organization, and attention to detail
• Must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills and ability to present to all levels of management
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, due dates and adapt to changing priorities
• Must be able to coordinate and collaborate project activities in both on-site and remote work settings. As needed, provide on-site, remote and after hours system validation testing and support
• Possess positive attitude and foster strong working relationships between team members, operations business lines and IT development staff
• Must be able to speak English fluently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Act a s a liaison between business users and product owners that are involved with projects that impact the MARGO Teller and Platform systems. Promote collaboration and coordination when engaging with operations departments to review, analyze, and document requirements needed to integrate changes into the MARGO Teller and Platform systems.
• Proficiently review change request documentation and software requirement specifications for desired results. Execute extensive manual regression testing to identify application and system defects prior to the migration to Production.
• Participate and lead a team through a migration/release verification, ensuring that all testing goals are clearly communicated, executed, and results or defects are documented and reported.
• Responsible for monitoring the MARGO systems department inbox on a rotational schedule with other team members. Monitoring activities include responding to general inquiries, troubleshooting system issues and assisting in the accurate resolution of reported issues.
• Effectively document all defects or issues and successfully communicate steps to recreate to developers and quality management testers.
• Report the status of projects, change requests, and assignments to the MARGO Systems Manager and VP.
