About The Position

Our client, a fast-growing technology and systems consultancy that helps businesses streamline their operations through smart system configuration, automation, and integration, is seeking an experienced System Configuration Specialist. The successful candidate will support post-implementation system configuration, optimisation, and support across the organisation’s client delivery projects. This is a hands-on, technical role focused on building, maintaining, and troubleshooting systems that underpin client success. HubSpot is the primary CRM platform used across client environments. The System Configuration Specialist will spend a significant portion of their time configuring, maintaining, and supporting HubSpot-based solutions. They will work closely with senior team members, gaining exposure to the full delivery cycle while owning defined configuration, support, and quality-control tasks. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a strong, well-rounded system specialist.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a digital, technical, or system-driven environment.
  • A strong analytical foundation through studies or early-career experience (e.g. data science, information systems, engineering, statistics, analytics, or similar).
  • Experience working with or configuring platforms such as HubSpot, Asana, Zoho, Monday.com, Salesforce, or similar is a strong advantage.
  • Deep HubSpot expertise is not required, but comfort working in complex systems and learning new tools quickly is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented mindset.
  • Logical, methodical problem-solving ability.
  • Confidence working with digital tools and technical concepts.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based, without requiring employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to the travel or hospitality industry is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and optimise client systems: Set up and maintain fields, workflows, automations, and data structures across platforms (including HubSpot), using the organisation's best-practice templates.
  • Build and sync forms: Create forms (HubSpot, JotForm, or similar) and ensure accurate, seamless data flow across connected systems.
  • Post-implementation support & quality control: Triage and resolve support requests, perform quality checks on live systems, and ensure configurations align with documented standards.
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate support: Investigate configuration issues, manage support tickets, and liaise with platform support teams where required.
  • Document processes and configurations: Maintain clear, accurate records of system setups, changes, and improvements to support consistency and scale.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team: Support colleagues, share learnings, and contribute to smooth, high-quality client delivery.
