Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, 6+ years or Master's degree with 4+ years or Ph.D. with 2+ years of experience.
  • Experience with SerDes systems architecture definition and hardware systems and subsystems.
  • Experience in debugging, problem-solving and system architecture concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with PAM4 SerDes 1+
  • MATLAB and Simulink for simulation and modeling.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with programming tools such as Python and EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso/Spectre
  • Experience in managing large-scale systems modeling projects.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and define systems requirements for high speed SerDes architectures.
  • Perform system testing and modelling infrastructure to optimize IP architectures
  • Design and deliver systems solutions that meet standards across the ecosystem.
  • Develop integrated hardware, software, and data architecture solutions that address performance, scalability, reliability, and security needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to design innovative enhancements for systems aligned with client and market expectations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of specifications, operational methodologies, and best practices to ensure seamless system delivery and adoption.
  • Ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex systems concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
