As a System Application Administrator, this team member is responsible for the long term maintenance and support of assigned applications including related servers, appliances and devices. It is expected that this team member becomes a SME (subject matter expert) on behalf of the system owner. Providing user support for daily business processes and procedures, as they relate to assigned systems Managing user access and the general application configuration, security and uptime Monitoring vendor communications for updates to the application Testing and evaluating upgrades and new functionality Assisting other system administrators with system integrations and customizations Monitoring and reporting of assigned systems, including critical response (may include after hours) Ensuring compliance with internal and external policies, procedures and regulations including but not limited to: Vulnerability management Redundancy for Disaster Recovery Proper handling of sensitive data

  • Providing user support for daily business processes and procedures, as they relate to assigned systems
  • Managing user access and the general application configuration, security and uptime
  • Monitoring vendor communications for updates to the application
  • Testing and evaluating upgrades and new functionality
  • Assisting other system administrators with system integrations and customizations
  • Monitoring and reporting of assigned systems, including critical response (may include after hours)
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and external policies, procedures and regulations including but not limited to: Vulnerability management Redundancy for Disaster Recovery Proper handling of sensitive data
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or related technical field or Minimum of one (1) year of systems implementation and support work experience or Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant US based experience.
  • Knowledge of application implementations and user support
  • Ability to troubleshoot assigned application(s)
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in evaluating situations and in making decisions
  • Skill in requirements gathering, minor project management and change management including the ability to meet project deadlines and communicate effectively (orally or written)
  • Maintain effective working relationships with subordinates, peers, supervisors, vendors and contractors
  • Must reside within the market area to be considered.
  • Three (3) or more years of systems implementation and support work experience
  • Applicable experience with other FinTech systems in a Systems Administrator role (vendors include FIS and Finastra)
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows Server OS, Microsoft IIS and Microsoft SQL Databases
