We are seeking a detail-oriented Systems and Tools Specialist II to join F5's Sales Operations team. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing sales tools, systems, and processes to enhance productivity and support the sales team in meeting their goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of various systems, delivering actionable insights and data-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, systems management, or a similar role.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the tech or software industry.
  • Familiarity with sales performance management tools.
  • Project management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain sales operations systems such as Salesforce, Clari, Groove, and other CRM platforms to ensure accurate data and system efficiency.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for system issues and manage system upgrades, patches, and updates.
  • Develop, monitor, and refine sales reporting tools and dashboards, delivering timely insights to sales and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with IT, Sales, and Operations to implement process improvements that align with business goals.
  • Ensure data integrity and security by conducting regular audits and working closely with the compliance team.
  • Train sales staff on systems, tools, and best practices, ensuring user adoption and maximizing tool effectiveness.
  • Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies.
