Work You'll Do As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will: Analyze current systems and processes to identify improvements, gathering detailed business and functional requirements from stakeholders to support strategic training initiatives. Design and recommend optimized workflows, process enhancements, and system modifications that boost training effectiveness, usability, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with developers and IT teams to translate requirements into technical specifications, supporting solution design, development, testing, and implementation. Develop and execute quality assurance plans, validating system changes for functionality, security, and data integrity throughout and after implementation. Prepare clear system documentation and user manuals, and deliver training to ensure effective adoption and maximized training outcomes for end users and staff. Facilitate ongoing system improvements by gathering user feedback, recommending enhancements and best practices, and ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business training goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
  • 5 + years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis supporting information systems and workflow optimization.
  • 2 + years of experience in system modeling software, relational databases, and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to travel 10-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Nice To Haves

  • Master Degree preferred.
  • CISSP, CompTIA, and CBAP professional certifications perferred.
  • 1 + years of experience programming or scripting in Python, SQL, and Java.
  • 1 + years of experience with LMS, ERP software in a training or educational environment.
