System Analyst / Systems Engineer
About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled System Analyst / Systems Engineer to design, implement, and support Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions using the Strivacity platform. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical, technical, and security expertise to deliver seamless, secure, and user-friendly authentication experiences for our customers. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, configure identity solutions, integrate systems, and ensure compliance with security and privacy standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain CIAM solutions leveraging the Strivacity platform to manage customer authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Perform system analysis , troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of identity solutions.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure alignment with enterprise security architecture and data protection standards.
- Support implementation of MFA, adaptive authentication, and customer identity verification workflows.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, technical diagrams, and configuration guides.
- Participate in system testing, release management, and incident response related to identity and access management.
- Monitor CIAM platform performance and provide ongoing operational support and enhancements.
