As part of our Information Technology team, you will do more than explore and expand your discipline and skills — you will impact patients everywhere by ensuring caregivers can order their goods and services as easily as possible. Your work will support the supply chain functions within Oracle, Ivaula and RF Smart applications. You will also answer help desk tickets for end users, investigate break fix issues and enhance applications. Within the Cleveland Clinic institution, you gain access to personal and professional development courses to enhance your current skills and advance to higher-level Analyst roles. A caregiver in this position works from 8:00AM – 5:00PM.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field OR High School Diploma/GED and successful completion of an ITD apprenticeship program and two years of experience
  • One year of implementation, support and management of computer-based information systems experience, preferably in a health care environment OR equivalent experience in end user training or an operational/financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems OR Bachelor’s Degree
  • ITIL Foundations certification upon or within six months of hire

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft, CompTIA or equivalent certification
  • Experience in a healthcare environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide application, technical and preventative maintenance support for multiple end-user systems.
  • Contribute to departmental projects and solutions implementation.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of networking and distributed computing environment concepts and principles of client/server configuration.
  • Support development of information system requirements to include process and documentation creation and maintenance.
  • Maintain user confidence.
  • Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain a high level of quality work in a stressful environment.
