Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, or equivalent education/experience.
  • Certifications in the Epic Cadence application and/or other related Epic applications.
  • Three years of Healthcare IT experience.

Responsibilities

  • Implement new or revised system requirements or procedures within Epic.
  • Assist in activities of project team and act as a source for direction, training and guidance for less experienced departmental staff.
  • Provide support for Epic Cadence applications, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals and requirements.
  • Utilize expertise in Cadence applications to streamline scheduling, referral, and registration processes, improving patient access and experience.
  • Demonstrate service excellence and positive interpersonal relationships in dealing with others.
  • Prepare documentation and assist in documenting and defining workflows in collaboration with team members and operational users.
  • Identify, manage, and communicate issues and risks for supported applications.
  • Collaborate with peers to create and maintain standard team specific documentation.
