  • Assist with installing middleware and applying fix packs.
  • Monitor application servers, web servers, file servers, and content repositories.
  • Assist with creating, monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing databases.
  • Ensure optimal performance of systems and databases by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
  • Create training materials and conduct training sessions for junior staff.
  • Maintain a weekly work activity log and participate in status meetings.
  • 3+ years of experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server installation, maintenance, and support.
  • 3+ years of experience with IBM DB2 database installation, maintenance, and support.
  • 3+ years of experience with IBM FileNet maintenance and support.
  • 3+ years of experience with IBM Datacap maintenance and support.
  • 3+ years of experience with command line shells (bash and ksh) and scripting.
