The primary purpose of this position is to assist TBACU to live out its mission, “To serve our community and build trusted relationships.” A key component of this service is to identify members’ needs and provide appropriate TBACU product solutions which ultimately help grow the credit union. Responsible for the maintenance, security, and reliability of the credit union’s networks, servers, and systems. Duties include system maintenance, security enhancements, user account management, backups and recovery, and hardware and software updates. Designs, installs, and supports LAN, WAN, VoIP, and virtual server environments; analyzes and resolves system issues; serves as an IT project lead; supports team members; and communicates system-related updates to leadership.
