About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Systems Administrator to join our innovative technology team. In this key role, you will play a central part in designing, implementing, and optimizing our core IT infrastructure—including Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Online, NAS/SAN storage, and virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V. You will lead complex implementations, drive process improvements, and collaborate closely with the systems engineering team to ensure stability, scalability, and performance across our environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Systems Administration or IT infrastructure management, with a strong focus on enterprise-level environments.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server, Azure Cloud, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), VMware/Hyper-V, NAS/SAN, and Office 365/Azure AD administration.
  • Proven success managing large-scale infrastructure, configuration management, and complex troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Hands-on experience with both cloud-based and on-premises systems deployment and integration.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
