Small Team. Big Impact. We are a close team of 12 IT professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service to all departments across the City of Albany, Oregon. There is a tremendous amount of variety in our work, and each day is different than the last. A typical day in this role involves triaging helpdesk tickets, administering org-wide systems including Laserfiche and M365, and managing department-specific platforms such as CAD/RMS or Accela. You'll take full ownership of various systems and processes, ensuring they run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. With ~450 users, you will be supporting people and systems across all City departments and facilities. Every day brings new challenges, making our work dynamic, engaging, and rewarding.
