This mid-level System Administrator role maintains and improves Evergreen Goodwill’s core technology across offices, retail outlets, and training centers, ensuring stable, secure operations—especially retail POS and classroom environments. Beyond ticket handling, the role owns recurring issues, streamlines workflows, and implements automation or standardization to make systems more reliable and the Technology Services team more proactive. The System Administrator supports a hybrid Active Directory to Entra ID migration, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Cisco/Meraki networks, contributing to identity, endpoint, and network initiatives. Hands-on technical judgment, networking fundamentals, and a drive to improve systems are required. Hybrid schedule with occasional on-call and regional travel.
