A key focus of this position is to work with internal teams and third-party suppliers to manage and support IT systems and processes, ensuring robust, cost-effective, scalable, and secure services. The right candidate will have a proven track record in networking, cloud platforms, systems engineering, support planning, risk management, and enterprise information security. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will be the primary point of contact for support and maintenance of the server and network infrastructure. You should be able to quickly assess technical issues, communicate them clearly to the team, and deliver timely solutions. Providing escalated (tier II) support for both Macintosh and Windows desktop users will be part of your day-to-day.

  • Maintain turnkey editing stations utilizing Jump Desktop, RDP, and Fluid Remote Desktop for remote sessions.
  • Troubleshoot creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Red Giant Suite, GenArts Sapphire, AVID Media Composer, and Cinema 4D.
  • Deliver technical support and guidance through Tier II support, training, and documentation.
  • Manage Windows Active Directory Users, DNS, and GPO.
  • Administer MDM platforms (Jamf and Microsoft Intune required).
  • Support NAS and shared storage resources (Isilon, TrueNAS, Synology).
  • Manage license servers across Windows and Linux systems.
  • Troubleshoot on-premises network issues including access points, switches, and firewalls.
  • Provide desktop support for macOS and Windows environments.
  • Support VMware/ESXi virtual infrastructure.
  • Provide support for cloud resources (Azure AD and Google Workspace).
  • Provide basic support for audio and video hardware/software in conference rooms, in collaboration with the IT team.
  • Support the Security team by monitoring and reporting incidents with industry-standard SIEM tools.
  • 5+ years of experience in systems administration.
  • 3-5 years of Office 365 and MDM experience.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, cloud platforms, and virtualization.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a white-glove customer service mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment.
  • Entertainment industry experience preferred, especially with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Red Giant Suite, GenArts Sapphire, AVID Media Composer, Cinema 4D, and Jump Desktop.
