About The Position
The Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining technical and administrative support for the organization's networks, servers, desktops, laptops, and printers. This role involves maximizing system efficiency through knowledge of existing hardware and software, creating documentation of network and systems infrastructure, and providing support for software and hardware issues reported by users. The position also includes managing user access, maintaining backup solutions, enhancing cybersecurity initiatives, and installing new software and hardware as needed.
