About The Position
PSI Pax, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a System Administrator Level 2 w/ TS/SCI Full Scope Poly clearance to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role involves resolving technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers, creating, deleting, and modifying customer accounts, maintaining and updating records and tracking databases, and alerting management to recurring problems and patterns. The candidate must be a team player and must have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Additionally, the candidate must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.
