As a System Administrator Supervisor at Wisper ISP, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing the management of network systems and ensuring optimal performance. You will lead and mentor a team of system administrators, providing guidance on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Daily tasks include monitoring system health, applying updates, and managing user access and security protocols. You will collaborate closely with various departments to assess system needs and implement solutions that enhance the customer experience. Additionally, you will track performance metrics and prepare reports to optimize operations. Fostering a culture of continuous learning, you will encourage your team to develop their skills in line with industry advancements. Your focus will be on maintaining the highest standards of integrity and safety while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Requirements

  • College diploma or relevant industry certifications andexperience preferred
  • Strong communication negotiation analytical andproblem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in user-friendlylanguage with a strong customer-service mindset
  • Self-motivated and directed with the ability to work in acollaborative team-oriented environment
  • Ability to lead a small team in a hands-on environment byprioritizing work delegating effectively and coachingothers
  • Experience with Windows Active Directory domainservices and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Experience administering virtualization platforms andvirtual machines (VMs)
  • Experience with Microsoft OS patching backup andrecovery processes
  • Knowledge of change management processes andticketing applications
  • Knowledge of server scripting (any language)
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced high-change environment
