The ServiceNow System Administrator will operate as part of the IT Business Office team to support the current and future operational needs of BCBSKS. This role will handle configuration and deployment tasks for the BCBSKS ServiceNow sub-prod and production instances, as well as provide day-to-day support and system enhancement recommendations for current and future ServiceNow modules. We are seeking a System Administrator to join our team. This role is open to candidates with a range of experience levels. The final level (System Administrator or Senior System Administrator) will be determined based on qualifications, skills, and experience. This position is eligible to work hybrid (9 or more days a month onsite) in accordance with our Telecommuting Policy.
