The administrator provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, resolves incidents, monitors performance, and implements operating system enhancements to improve reliability and availability. Responsibilities include configuring OS software, maintaining system integrity, optimizing resource utilization, and communicating status and escalation updates to stakeholders.
