DMI, LLC is seeking a System Administrator Lead to join us. This position involves leading a team of system administrators responsible for enterprise IT systems, managing escalated incidents, patch management, and configuration oversight. The role requires implementing and enforcing DISA STIGs, RMF controls, and DoD cybersecurity requirements, as well as documenting SOPs and system configurations to support continuity of operations. The System Administrator Lead will report system health and compliance metrics to PMO and Government leadership and provide O&M support for various systems including NIPRNET, SIPRNET, JWICS, and Special Access Systems. Additionally, the role includes managing VDI for thick/thin/zero clients, SQL Database infrastructure, and ensuring data backup and restoration capabilities. The position also involves supporting storage area network (SAN) and encrypted file storage capabilities, creating standalone workstation images in accordance with DOD security standards, and employing industry best practices for systems troubleshooting and fault isolation.
