Duties & Responsibilities: Perform system installation, configuration and maintenance tasks Monitor the performance and security of Windows servers, networks and systems Active Directory Configuration and Maintenance SCCM/MECM configuration and maintenance Build/configure/Maintain Windows Server 2012R2, 2016 and 2019 Implement and manage security measures to safeguard data and infrastructure Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues Maintain and update system documentation and standard operating procedures Collaborate with IT teams to plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements Respond to and resolve user-reported technical issues in a timely manner Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning and testing Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support when necessary All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Active Secret Clearance at employment start date (an Active Interim Secret Clearance may substitute)
  • DoD 8570 IAT-II Certification (e.g. Security+ CE, CCNA Security or other approved certification(s))
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant technical experience
