The System Administrator II, Security and Workflow focuses on a variety of technical work and analysis as required for the development of user and systems security requirements. Performs highly complex tasks involving planning, designing, programming, installation, and maintenance of college systems. This position is a member of a 24/7/365 global department with travel within the LSC service area and the availability of on-call scheduling.

  • Leverage IAM solutions and related tools for ERP Role Automation.
  • Implement and enforce IAM policies and procedures to ensure secure access to systems and data.
  • Monitor and audit access controls and IAM systems to detect and respond to unauthorized access.
  • Perform regular reviews of user access rights and roles to ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Develop, implement, and manage security policies, procedures, and controls for ERP applications.
  • Configure and maintain user profiles, roles, and permissions in ERP system.
  • Monitor and audit security logs to identify and mitigate security threats.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and security of ERP applications.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and implement necessary improvements.
  • Design, implement, and manage workflow processes within ERP and other integrated systems.
  • Ensure workflow processes are optimized for efficiency and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflow processes.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand and fulfill workflow requirements.
  • Stay current with emerging security threats and best practices.
  • Participate in incident response activities and provide expertise.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for security, workflow, and IAM processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Associate's degree and at least 4 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience must include at least 3 years in application security administration within PeopleSoft or similar ERP system.
  • Experience with IAM solution products.
  • Experience with role-based access control and security configuration.
  • Experience in workflow administration within PeopleSoft or similar ERP systems.
  • Experience with security monitoring tools and techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and patch management.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Application Administration.
  • Experience with Cloud ERP support.
  • Experience working in higher education.
  • ITIL Certification.
