About The Position

We’re seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to deliver expert technical support across all layers—from hardware to application—for our critical business systems. In this role, you’ll ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability through diligent system monitoring, upgrades, and maintenance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to design scalable, redundant infrastructure, implement software and OS upgrades, and support disaster recovery planning. As a key technical resource, you’ll provide Level 2 and 3 support, assess new applications, and lead installations in both test and production environments. Your contributions will help shape a resilient, high-performing IT ecosystem that supports business continuity and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in a technical support role for mission-critical applications.
  • Strong project management and service orientation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build cooperative working relationships.
  • Commitment to meeting deadlines in a 24x7 computing environment.
