The Deployment System Administrator installs and configures Tyler products and 3rd party software in Tyler's AWS hosted environments and remotely for client-hosted installations. The engineer executes software installations through all phases of a client lifecycle, prior to go-live of the software implementation process and into support. Installs and configures interfaces between Tyler Software and other applications. As a software deployment subject matter expert, guides clients and internal staff on procedures and order of operations for successful installations to provide a positive customer service experience. Troubleshoots issues of moderate difficulty that arise during these installation processes. NOTE: This is a hybrid position which requires the candidate to be local to the Plano, TX office at least 3x per week.
