About The Position

Architect and lead enterprise-wide Salesforce strategy while maintaining core platform management responsibilities. Drives technical innovation through advanced Salesforce system configurations and custom development solutions, ensuring robust data integrity and security compliance across the organization. The administrator provides technical leadership in designing scalable solutions that integrate Salesforce capabilities with Amazon's internal systems and AWS technology. Lead cross-functional initiatives to transform business processes and drive operational efficiency. Develop technical frameworks and best practices for the organization. Serve as subject matter expert for Pardot and Experience Cloud, overseeing automation, customer portal enhancements, and dynamic campaign design. Mentor junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) technical expertise in SalesforceDotCom (SFDC) administration; (2) experience designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-scale applications; (3) experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; (4) cross-functional stakeholder management to deliver solutions that meet critical business needs; (5) hands-on Salesforce configuration experience, with demonstrated ability to design, build, and maintain enterprise-scale applications using Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; (6) experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Pardot integrations; and (7) experience with AWS services including SES, S3, and AppFlow for scalable data, portal, and email automation.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification required.
