Mt. Olive is seeking a qualified Syrup Maker (Day Shift) for our Capping Department at our Goldsboro Plant. The Capping Syrup Maker is responsible for preparing, handling, and supplying syrup used in the capping process for production lines. This role ensures syrup is mixed accurately, maintained at proper quality standards, and delivered to equipment safely and efficiently to support continuous operations. Summary Measures and mixes all ingredients per formula check-off sheet for product syrups and brines. Employee may work in either syrup room located in various parts of the plant for the different lines. Keeps inventory of all product ingredients and assists lead syrup maker in recording lot number for ingredients when necessary.
