About The Position
Admiral Beverage is seeking a Syrup Batcher to prepare bulk quantities of beverage products for packaging. The role involves mixing beverage concentrate and other ingredients to produce syrup by following established recipes and procedures. The Syrup Batcher will make mathematical calculations to adjust recipe amounts based on batch size, ensuring quality standards are met. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing the batch room and equipment in compliance with FDA and GMP standards, evaluating prepared syrup for texture, appearance, and flavor, and managing syrup inventory. The position requires the use of appropriate safety equipment and adherence to safety and food safety training.
