About The Position

SYNERGY HomeCare is recruiting qualified team members to join our amazing team of care providers. We have full time and part time positions to fill now from Cape May Point to Atlantic City to Hammonton. We are scheduling in person interviews immediately! If you are a NJ CNA or NJ CHHA, now! SYNERGY HomeCare offers: $350 Signing Bonus to CHHAs after 80 hours worked, $250 paid for a CNA to CHHA conversion class, Pay range of $20 to $27/hour for certified caregivers, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for our care providers, Retire Ready NJ retirement plan, Higher pay for more complicated care, Immediate shifts available, Flexible schedules, Supportive team approach, Paid Sick Time and PTO, Periodic incentives and other BONUS opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Must have NJ CHHA or CNA certification (or be willing to take the 10 hr CHHA conversion class).
• Compassionate, trustworthy, and service-minded individuals.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn through experience and feedback.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in cooking and cleaning.
• Previous experience in caregiving or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, and companionship.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
