About The Position

SYNERGY HomeCare is recruiting qualified team members to join our amazing team of care providers. We are scheduling in person interviews immediately! We have multiple full and part time positions to be filled from Cape May to Atlantic City.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• NJ CHHA or CNA certification (or willingness to take the 10 hr CHHA conversion class).
• Compassionate, trustworthy, and service-minded individuals.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn through experience and feedback.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in cooking and cleaning.
• Previous caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, and companionship.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
