About The Position
The Human Resources Manager at Ingenuity Prep plays a crucial role in managing the daily functions of Human Resources within the organization. This position is responsible for onboarding new staff, managing payroll inquiries, resolving workplace disputes, and ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations. The role is designed for the 2025-2026 school year, with an expected start date of March 3rd, 2024, to allow for overlap with the current HR manager.
