Ensolum, LLC is seeking a SWPPP Project Manager in our Houston, Texas office to support the development of our Stormwater Compliance Services by identifying high-quality opportunities and developing and maintaining key industry relationships. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Stormwater Compliance Services, particularly in relation to TCEQ guidelines and practices within the commercial and residential construction sectors in the Gulf Coast region and beyond. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our services meet the operational requirements necessary for the success of various projects, which can vary significantly in size and duration. The SWPPP Project Manager will demonstrate technical knowledge in Stormwater Compliance Services, building solid relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors, as well as collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support the growth of the program for the company. The position requires developing an in-depth understanding of the company's services to identify suitable business opportunities and strategizing to expand market reach and success rates. The candidate will also be responsible for researching emerging trends and recommending new company strategies to increase close rates, as well as developing and managing strategic partnerships to foster business growth.
